At Kanella, we want your experience to feel smooth, simple, and stress-free from checkout to delivery.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or holidays.
Kanella is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.
Local Services & Pickup
For tanning services, appointments are scheduled through our booking page. Please arrive on time for your session to ensure the best experience.
If you have questions about your booking, feel free to reach out before your appointment.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
All tanning services and bookings are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
